Terms of service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of AngleForge, the service at angleforge.click operated by AngleForge ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, together with the privacy policy at /privacy. If you use AngleForge on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company, and "you" means the company. Material changes are announced with an acceptance prompt in the app before they apply; the version date at the top is always the current one.

2. The service

AngleForge turns an offer into a test matrix of ad creatives: it generates persuasion angles and hooks with AI, renders on-brand static creatives through deterministic templates, checks copy against per-vertical compliance policy packs, exports rendered sets, imports performance results, and — when you connect an ad account — can push variants to ad platforms at your direction (pushes to Meta are created in a paused state). We may improve, add, or retire features; if we retire something you rely on, your exports remain yours.

3. Accounts and organizations

• You must be at least 16 and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secret; activity under your account is your responsibility, and you must tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Content and projects belong to an organization. Organization owners and admins control membership, roles, and access; leaving or being removed from an organization ends your access to its content.
• Accounts are for you (or your company) and may not be sold, transferred, or shared outside your organization.

4. Your content and generated output

• You own your content — briefs, brand kits, assets, and everything else you put in stays yours. You grant us only the license needed to run the service: to host, process, render, and display that content to you and your organization, and to pass the relevant parts to the AI and infrastructure providers listed in the privacy policy.
• You own the output — to the extent we hold any rights in creatives generated for you, we assign them to you on creation. We claim no license to use your content or output for anything beyond providing the service — including no right to train models on it or to showcase it without your written permission.
• You are responsible for rights — you must hold the rights to everything you upload (images, logos, claims, testimonials, personal data of others) and for your use of the output. AI-generated output may resemble output generated for others, and no exclusivity in it is promised.

5. Compliance lint is assistance, not legal advice

AngleForge lints ad copy against reviewed per-vertical policy packs and flags issues before you spend. This is a quality tool, not a legal opinion: it does not guarantee that a creative complies with any law, regulation, or ad-platform policy, and a passing lint is not a defense to a regulator or platform. You (and your clients) remain solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of every ad you run. The same applies to AI output generally — review it before you publish it.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AngleForge to:

• create or run ads that are illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing, or that promote hate, violence, or scams;
• process content you have no right to use, or personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service, scrape it, resell it, or access it to build a competing product;
• reverse-engineer the service except where law permits, or circumvent usage limits, plan gates, or tenant isolation;
• violate the terms of the connected platforms and AI providers the service is built on — their restrictions pass through to your use.

We may suspend or limit access that breaks these rules or threatens the service or other customers, with notice where practical.

7. Ad platforms and integrations

Connecting Meta, Taboola, or another platform is optional and under your control: you grant the token, everything we push or fetch happens at your direction, and you can revoke the connection at any time. Your relationship with each platform — its policies, billing, and account standing — is between you and it. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, pausing, or removing your ads or account.

8. Fees and billing

• Paid plans are billed by subscription through Stripe, in advance, at the prices shown at /pricing plus applicable taxes.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid periods are not refunded except where the law requires.
• Included usage does not expire mid-plan or silently: whatever a plan includes is stated on the pricing page, and price or plan changes are announced at least 30 days before they affect you.
• If a payment fails we retry and notify you before limiting the account.

9. Termination

You can stop using AngleForge and delete your account or organization at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal necessity — with notice and a chance to cure where practical. After termination you have 30 days to request an export of your organization's data, after which it is deleted as described in the privacy policy. Sections 4–13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE, OR THAT ANY AD WILL PERFORM — NO GUARANTEE OF ROAS, APPROVAL, OR RESULTS IS MADE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR AD SPEND. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your ads and campaigns, or your breach of these terms — for example an infringement claim over an asset you uploaded or a regulatory claim over an ad you ran.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong to the courts of that jurisdiction — except that consumers keep any mandatory protections and venue rights of their home country. Before going to court, contact us; most issues are resolved directly.
